Using our online store, once you’ve found your dream shoes, select the size, heel height and colour you desire by using the dropdown options and click ‘Buy Now’. This will then take you to the payment screen where you will then need to enter your email address, your name & preferred shipping address, and finally your card details.
The easiest and quickest way to place an order is directly through our website. However, if you’d prefer to place your order over the phone, simply call us on +44 (0)7883 031 394 during office hours, and we will be happy to help you. Don’t forget to have your payment details and delivery information ready.
Unfortunately, due to being a made to order service we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Given the time it takes to produce a made to order pair of shoes, we always aim to get orders processed as soon as we receive them, however, if you instantly realise you have selected an incorrect option, please contact us straight away, and we will do everything in our power to help amend your order before it is processed.
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
At this moment we only ship within the UK, so the shipping cost is included in all orders over £150.
To measure the height of our heels we place a tape measure from the very bottom of the heel that touches the floor, straight up the back, from the floor to where the heel meets the shoe. This is how much height the shoes will add to your actual height when worn. This may be different to other brands so be sure you check!
We would usually recommend sticking to your normal shoe size. However, we have a size guide which may be of use. How to measure your foot: Place a ruler on the floor. Put your foot on the ruler, with your big toe at the very end of the ruler. Put your finger on the ruler at the back of your heel and remove your foot to see your measurement.
Because our shoes are made from 100% real leather, simply use an unscented baby wipe to wipe away any dirt (or booze!). Leave them to air-dry, making sure that they are fully dry, before wrapping them back in their shoe bags
Of course! The block heel provides a stable surface and should not sink into the grass! So, get adventurous with those photo opportunities! Just remember that packet of baby wipes!
